Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific BRx7, Viking, or RTk5 hardware you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and include all original accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full credit to your account.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
